CSIRO and Murdoch University have launched the Bioplastics Innovation Hub, a game-changing $8 million collaboration aimed at developing 100% compostable, bio-derived plastics that break down naturally in compost, land, or aquatic environments.

• Biochemical engineering
• Circular economy and advanced manufacturing

🌱 Ecopha Biotech’s Key Role: Turning Food Waste into Water Bottles

As a proud industry partner, Ecopha Biotech is co-investing in the first major project of the Hub — a breakthrough process to convert food industry waste into compostable water bottles.
